School canteen - "ZŠ u Říčanského lesa" (hereinafter referred to as "ŠJ") processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; GDPR).

On the basis of the obligation imposed on it by the general regulation, ŠJ has appointed a personal data protection officer who is the contact person for solving your questions, requests or requests.

ŠJ, as a personal data administrator, processes personal data mainly for the purposes of:
a) ensuring internal processes
Necessary personal data are collected and further processed in particular to fulfill the tasks of the school canteen, to fulfill legal obligations that apply to ŠJ, or to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is a contracting party, or to implement measures taken before concluding the contract at the request of this subject data.
In exceptional cases, personal data is collected and further processed on the basis of the data subject's consent, which always expresses the data subject's free, specific, informed and unequivocal expression of will, and which always includes information about the possibility to revoke the given consent at any time.
Personal data are not transferred to other persons, unless the obligation to transfer them to bodies, authorities or institutions is imposed by law or the data subject has not given consent.
Claim your rights and requests with the data protection officer.
Your requests will always be properly assessed and handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the general regulation. If you do not agree with the processing of your requests and requests, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
If your personal data is processed at ŠJ, you have the right to:
request information from ŠJ about the processing of personal data;
request access to your personal data processed on ŠJ;
request the correction of inaccurate personal data (if you believe that your personal data processed by ŠJ is inaccurate);
request the erasure of your personal data processed by ŠJ, or request the restriction of their processing in accordance with the relevant legal basis for the processing of personal data;
object to the processing of personal data;
request the portability of personal data that you have provided to ŠJ;
file a complaint with the supervisory authority.If the processing of your personal data is conditional on your prior consent to the processing, you have the right to withdraw your consent. However, this does not affect the legality of processing based on consent that was given before its revocation.
